Mobyzer is a website and product platform fully developed and owned by PeerTribe SA based in Lugano, Switzerland.
Mobyzer by PeerTribe is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Notice Agreement sets out the legal basis on which the personal data that you provide to us, will be processed in connection with our product and services. In order for us to keep you informed about our products, services and corporate development opportunities, we request your consent to hold some personal data. If you do not formally provide consent by completing this process, we will be legally obliged to remove you from our database and can no longer put you forward for such opportunities. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

THE LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis on which we collect and use your personal data. Our legitimate interests are the commercial launch of our Mobyzer product platform and corporate investment opportunities within PeerTribe SA. For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Controller is PeerTribe’s CEO.

WHY AND WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ?

Depending on your interest on our products, services or investment opportunities, we collect some data that you provide us when you fill our online contact form, contact us through other communication channels or are contacted by us. This includes mainly information provided through our online contact form, via email, telephone calls, in person at meetings and/or by any other method. In particular, we may process personal details such as name, email address, address, company, telephone numbers, general shopping interest and gender that you provide to us.
The level of data details collected varies depending on your interest in Mobyzer as a user (Shopper), business participant (Retailer) or Investor in PeerTribe SA.
As a Shopper we collect your email address and/or cell number to notify you promptly when our Mobyzer platform shopping app is launched in its beta or commercial form. This enables you to quickly download it and start use it. We also collect general interests, age range and gender information. No birth date or name is collected.
As a Retailer or Investor we collect from your more details required to communicate and discuss with you potential business and investment opportunities
We do not sell any data to third parties as part of our business model and/or without informing the data subjects. We also do not collect any sensitive information such as credit cards numbers, social security numbers and copies of identification documents such as passport and driving licenses

WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN OUR ACCOUNT ON AMAZON AWS CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE

We use Amazon AWS Cloud Architecture, Servers, Databases and Services to run this website and other products. The data is stored on AWS machines and products that we purchase or get from Amazon AWS through a Mobyzer/PeerTribe registered account.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

We will hold your data indefinitely, or until you revoke your consent for us to do so.

SECURITY

We use Amazon’s AWS Cloud Infrastructure Services and Technologies to take appropriate measures that all personal data is kept secure including personal data being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We rely on Amazon AWS products and technologies to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so. As an Amazon AWS customer, we also fully rely on Amazon’s AWS GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum (GDPR DPA) service terms, to comply with GDPR contractual obligations
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through any online means, therefore any transmission remains at your own risk.

Our websites use cookies to improve functionality and performance, and to provide you with relevant information on using our product and services. We do not use third-party advertising. If you continue browsing our sites, you agree to the use of cookies on this website.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Swiss DPO and/or EU GDPR, you have a number of important rights:

The Swiss DPA and EU GDPR regulations also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work, normally live or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.
